Burch Hill Forestry is owned and operated by Gary Burch Sr. Mr. Burch is a conservationst at heart. He has been a forester for over 30 years, working in both New York and Vermont. He recieved his A.A.S. in Forestry from Paul Smiths and went on to complete his BS in Environmental Science and Forestry from SUNY-ESF at Syracuse University. He is also a member of the Society of American Foresters. In addition, Mr Burch has been a guest speaker at colleges, has spoke at public hearing on forest management and is an avid sportsman. |
